Logistics Administrator (Temporary)We''re supporting a well-established business that keeps critical operations moving through efficient logistics and service support.This temporary Logistics Administrator role is key to making sure stock, shipments, and documentation are managed accurately and on time.You''ll be at the centre of daily logistics activity, working with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to keep everything running smoothly.Role Overview:Location: Magor, South Wales/Hybrid. 3 days per week on site.Contract Length: 1 month rolling contractHourly Rate: £15- £18 per hour and 37.5 hours per weekIndustry: Logistics / Supply ChainWhat You''ll Be Doing:Supporting the day-to-day management of spare parts, stock levels, and inventory movementsPreparing and checking shipping, warehousing, and logistics documentationActing as a key contact for customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, and external service providersManaging shared inboxes and responding to logistics-related queries in a timely mannerMonitoring SLAs and KPIs, helping to maintain service standards and produce reportsRaising and managing purchase orders linked to logistics activitySupporting the control of assets, PPE, and tooling across the operationHelping to ensure goods are stored, tracked, and moved efficiently across domestic and international locationsMain Skills Needed:Previous experience in administration, logistics, stock control, or a similar support roleStrong organisational skills with the ..... full job details .....
