Customer Success Manager

The RoleWe are seeking a
Customer Success Manager (CSM)
to join our growing team. As a CSM at Hiros, you will be the trusted partner of our clients, ensuring they get maximum value from our AI-powered solutions. You will manage relationships with senior executives, investors, and consulting professionals, guiding them through onboarding, adoption, and long-term success.
This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, client-facing excellence, and the ability to translate complex technology into business value for demanding, high-level stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level clients (Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Consulting Firms)
Lead onboarding and training, ensuring seamless adoption of our AI-driven solutions.
Understand client goals and align product usage to deliver measurable business impact.
Act as the voice of the customer internally, collaborating with Product and Tech teams to improve user experience.
Drive client retention, satisfaction, and upsell opportunities.
Monitor product usage data and provide insights to both clients and internal teams.
Develop playbooks, best practices, and scalable processes to ensure consistent client success.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting, ideally within a SaaS, AI, or tech environment.
Ability to manage and growing high-value client relationships.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to engage with C-level executives.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex AI/tech concepts into business outcomes.
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
Experience working with financial services, consulting, or investment clients is a strong plus.
