Export CoordinatorWe are recruiting for an Export Coordinator to join our Tamworth based client. You''ll be working as part of the Export team to co-ordinate the effective movement of goods globally to fulfil the needs of internal and external customer orders, whilst adhering to customs and shipping requirements. Also supporting the Export Sales Managers and Middle East office as required.As an Export Coordinator you will need to have/be:Essential experience in export procedures and familiarity with Sage or similar CRM databasesExcellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service focusProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelAbility to prioritise a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating initiative and strong problem-solving skillsDetails:Salary: 28, 000Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday - FridayLocation: Tamworth (on site)Duration: PermanentRole of Export Coordinator:Co-ordinate the end-to-end export process for global customer orders, including quoting, booking, and re-charging freightProcess customer and inter-company orders using Sage and other internal systemsMonitor order statuses, back orders, and daily reports to ensure timely despatch and invoicingPrepare international shipping documents, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Certificates of OriginEnsure accurate application of HS Codes and remain up to date with changing customs requirementsObtain, authorise, and file export documentation and ..... full job details .....
