Providing day-to-day functional support to a variety of Oracle HCM Cloud clients.Designing and advising on solutions, processes, and configuration best practices.Leading knowledge transfer sessions, training, and coaching colleagues.Supporting pre-sales activities, including demonstrations.Acting as a subject matter expert on Cloud processes, roadmaps, and enhancements.Producing clear, high-quality documentation and sharing knowledge with the wider team.Building trusted relationships with clients by delivering consistently excellent service.Qualifications
Essential Skills and Experience
Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including Core HR, Absence and HR Helpdesk.Strong ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.Excellent documentation skills and ability to work independently.Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).Eligibility for UK Security Vetting (minimum 3 years UK residency).Desirable Skills
Experience with additional Oracle HCM modules (Talent, Payroll, OTL).Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS.Familiarity with ITIL processes and wider HR business processes.Oracle HCM Cloud certifications.Benefits
