This role focuses on planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and servicing.You''ll be working in different environments day-to-day, acting as a key point of contact for clients and ensuring systems are compliant, safe, and fully operational. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in their work and values high standards of service delivery.Key Responsibilities Service, maintain, fault-find, install, and commission systems including: Fire alarms (addressable and conventional)Automatic Opening Vents (AOVs)CCTV systemsAccess controlWarden call systemsFire extinguishersComplete detailed service reports and documentationIdentify and report system faults, deficiencies, or compliance issuesMaintain emergency lighting and associated life safety equipmentManage van stock and coordinate replenishment when requiredFollow health and safety procedures and proactively identify risksAim for first-time fixes wherever possible About You Experience working with ..... full job details .....
