The Quantity Surveyor''s role

The Director of Cost Management is looking to add a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor who can independently run projects from inception to completion, including preparing bills of quantities, administering contracts, and undertaking a client-facing role.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a team of three, freeing up the Director to focus on business development activities that will ultimately drive the team''s growth. This creates an excellent opportunity to become a key member of the team, with genuine long-term career progression for those looking to develop their career.

The Quantity Surveyor

• Ideally completed a Quantity Surveying degree
• PQS / Consultancy background
• Comfortable preparing bills of quantities
• Client facing
• Experience of administering contracts
• Pre and post contract experience
• Comfortable working in a small QS team
