Purchase Ledger Clerk
IMMEDIATE START AVAILABLE SF Recruitment is currently working with a client in Burton who are looking to recruit a Temporary Purchase Ledger Assistant. This role is being recruited on a full time temporary ongoing basis, and would suit candidates who have previous purchase ledger experience. As the Purchase Ledger Assistant, some of your main responsibilities will be: Match invoices to orderProcess matching invoices through automated systemQuery discrepancies with companies and or cost centre managersProcess invoices through sage gaining relevant approvals to payStatement reconciliationRequest copies of missing invoicesMake payments within required timescalesDeal with any email or phone queries Required Skills and Experience: Previous experience in a purchase ledger roleStrong attention to detail and high level of accuracyGood numerical and analytical skillsProficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting softwareAbility to prioritise workload and meet deadlinesStrong communication and interpersonal skills If you are currently immediately available or due to come to the end of an assignment, please apply today for immediate consideration. ..... full job details .....
