Our projects span the complete energy system from generation, transmission, distribution and storage to load-end consumers in manufacturing, processing, data and recycling. The successful candidate will act as the head of the Primary design team, providing leadership, mentorship and line management for the members of the team. Team leaders will generally lead a team of 3+ staff from similar technical disciplines and head a Sub-Business Unit in the Freedom Professional Services business. Some of the key deliverables in this role will include: Be a team lead who can undertake client meetings, business development activities, act as technical authority within the team, mentor and coach the team members.
