We’re looking for a Semi-CNC Turner/Miller – Toolmaker to support our client's growing demand for low-volume, high-precision components. This hands-on role focuses on using XYZ lathes and manual milling machines. Ideally, we’re after someone confident in both turning and milling, but strong experience in XYZ turning alone would still be a great fit. Day shift preferred, but we’re happy to discuss other options for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set and operate XYZ lathes for small batch and one-off jobs

• Carry out manual milling operations (where applicable)

• Produce bespoke and prototype components to tight tolerances

• Work from engineering drawings and perform in-process checks

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working area

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience operating XYZ CNC/manual lathes

• Manual milling experience is desirable but not essential

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

• Reliable and adaptable, with a proactive mindset
