Detailed Job Description:

- Managing the product backlog to ensure alignment with business goals and user needs and facilitating effective communication and decision-making between stakeholders.- Overseeing the development and delivery of software solutions, continuously gathering feedback and monitoring performance to drive product enhancements.- Contributing to the development of product roadmaps and strategic planning, serving as the primary point of contact for end-users, and collaborating with stakeholders to gather detailed product requirements and user stories.- Acting as the primary liaison between the development team and stakeholders, participating in sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings, and monitoring and reporting on key product metrics to drive decision-making and improvements.- Staying current with industry trends and managing and prioritizing work in an Agile environment to ensure the team focuses on delivering high-value features.- Ensure timely and effective resolution of end-user inquiries and issues.- Provide clear and concise documentation, training materials, and knowledge base articles to support end-user adoption and proficiency.- Accurately capture and communicate user feedback and requirements to relevant stakeholders.- Under supervision, assist in the testing and validation of system updates and enhancements.
