I''m working exclusively with a successful and growing SME in Nottinghamshire that is looking to appoint an HR Advisor on a 12-month fixed-term contract to provide immediate cover.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on HR generalist who enjoys variety and autonomy. You''ll work closely with senior stakeholders, providing support across the full employee lifecycle, including:
-    Employee Relations
-    Recruitment & Onboarding
-    Performance Management
-    HR Policies & Procedures
-    Generalist HR Advice & Guidance

You''ll be joining a busy, collaborative business, so we''re looking for someone who can hit the ground running, work independently and confidently manage a varied workload from day one.
