Overview

Head of Finance UK role based in the Stoke region (with regular travel across the UK). Multi-site, international, owner-managed business seeking a proactive finance leader to own the UK operations and shape growth, investment, and profitability. This is a role where finance has influence and partners with commercial and operational teams.Responsibilities

Lead the UK finance function, ensuring solid fundamentals: reporting, compliance, cashflow, controls.Partner with commercial and operational teams on pricing, contracts, and strategic initiatives.Build models for new initiatives and contribute to acquisitions and integrations.Drive process improvement, system roll-out, and technology adoption to keep the business moving in the right direction.Provide insight and challenge to support decision-making with the UK Managing Director and Group CFO.Qualifications

Qualified accountant with substantial senior finance experience, ideally across multi-site operations.Strong cashflow management and internal controls, with ability to operate in a commercial environment.Experience with ERP systems or integration projects is useful; leadership and team management skills are essential.What we offer
