Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a-Health and Safety Manager-to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

The-Health and Safety Manager,-will be responsible for:

• Managing a regular audit and reporting program
• Act as a key Health & Safety point of contact
• Managing and delivering training programmes to ensure employees are competent regarding their HSE duties, including toolbox talks.
• Developing appropriate arrangements to ensure that risks from contractors-are managed
• Undertaking investigations of site incidents and accidents that addresses circumstances, cause and consider improvements that could be made-
• Manage and maintain the COSHH register
• Ensure all relevant site files are in place and up to date
• Manage and maintain the Noise and Vibration registers for all equipment
• Performance audits on permits

To be successful for this Health and Safety Manager role you must have:

• NEBOSH Certificate essential or equivalent level 3 qualification.
• Strong technical-understanding in a manufacturing / construction environment
• Experience in delivery of QHSE
• Broad experience-in incident investigation and root cause analysis .
