The Opportunity:As an Engineering Design Manager, you''ll play a key role in: Maintain existing designs, revision, managing new product integration, and steering site development projects to support growth.Owning the technical documentation and compliance process, ensuring all systems meet rigorous international standards.Providing hands-on support with complex CAD projects, while also offering oversight and mentorship to a growing design team.Driving structural design and analysis, numerical modelling, and liaising with notified bodies and international technical committees.Managing the commissioning of manufacturing equipment and taking ownership of construction-related engineering initiatives.Your work will directly contribute to the safe, compliant and timely delivery of innovative engineering solutions within a regulated manufacturing environment.
