Overview

The IT Cost and Contracts Specialist supports the MSC Cruise Management function with cost and spend management for supplier contracts, and liaises with procurement for operational, capital cost and newbuilding owner supply spending needs.Responsibilities

Manages Purchase Order requirements, including receipts and invoicing supportConducts current spend analysis and reporting on demand, month ends, quarterly and annual forecastsMaintains service contractsWorks closely with business cost management stakeholders (e.g., Procurement teams, Legal department, project leaders, etc.)Adheres to critical financial reporting calendar datesQualifications

A-Level or similar education essentialFluent in both spoken and written English; Italian language skills desirableExperience of procurement business processes and systemsAdvanced Excel skills (including pivot tables, macros, etc.)Resilient personality, able to meet stretching and shifting deadlines with an eye for detailExperience using SAP (our future Corporate finance system) is preferableEssentials
