HGV Class 1 - Amesbury We are currently recruiting for HGV Class 1 driver''s for ad-hoc work at our busy chilled distribution site based in Amesbury (Wiltshire). The role consists of refrigerated trunking and multi drop deliveries . Immediate starts for successful candidates. Shift available: AM and PM shifts available, must be able to work anyday between Thursday to Monday. Day pay rates: Monday Friday £15.87 (overtime after 47.5hrs £17.85) Saturday £17.85 Sunday and Bank Holidays £23.80 Nights pay rates: Monday Friday £18.13 (overtime after 47.5hrs £20.39) Saturday £20.39 Sunday and Bank Holidays £27.19 30-minute break deducted per shift only! What we are looking for: In date DIGI and CPC card Enthusiastic, reliable, helpful and organised individual. Willing to work weekends. Motivated and open to learn new skills. Demonstrates an excellent attitude to work. Minimum of 6 months Class one experience required No more than 3 points on your licence Your role: Driving within the WTD and EU regs and rules. Prepping vehicles for delivery. Completing vehicles checks. Refuelling vehicles. The Driver must ensure that the highest levels of customer service are maintained on the round and orders are fulfilled on time and in full.
