Coverage Area:

You''ll be travelling to properties across North East London and Essex, including Romford, Southend-On-Sea, Grays, Chingford, Hackney and surrounding areas.

Your Responsibilities:

• Carpentry fitting and hanging doors, skirting boards, architraves, kitchen worktops
• Brickwork replacing damaged bricks, repointing, installing brick slips
• Plastering patch repairs up to one square metre
• Rendering minor repairs including hairline cracks, filling, and patching
• Painting and decorating both internal and external work
• Fencing wooden fence replacements
• Drainage replacement of uPVC guttering and downpipes

Essential Requirements:

• Full manual UK driving licence
• Proven experience in social housing or residential construction
• NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry/Joinery or related trade qualification
• Strong health and safety knowledge
