Following individual care plans, you will provide compassionate support, monitor residents'' health, and report concerns to senior staff. You will assist at mealtimes, encourage social engagement, maintain a safe and comfortable environment, and respond promptly to call bells and emergencies. Above all, you will help bring joy and comfort to residents every day.About YouYou may have experience in a care setting, but it is not essential - a caring nature and transferable skills are what matter most.
