This is a key leadership role with full responsibility for regulatory compliance, safeguarding, staff management, and service quality.You will provide strong operational leadership, ensure excellent outcomes for young people, and drive continuous improvement in line with Ofsted standards and the Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations.
