What You''ll Do: Manage day-to-day processing of corporate actions and income events (dividends, coupons) Handle mandatory and voluntary events: stock splits, mergers, tenders, IPOs, rights issues, and more Calculate entitlements based on key event dates Manage election processes and notify external parties of payable/receivable claims Reconcile and settle claims, escalating where needed Ensure daily accounting reconciliation and policy compliance What We''re Looking For: 1-3 years'' experience in corporate actions/income processing Proficient in SWIFT payments and reconciliation tools (eg, Intellimatch) Detail-oriented, disciplined, and reliable under pressure Strong communicator and team player Solid MS Office skills Why Apply?
