You will take ownership of key client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery, while driving team performance and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a key point of contact for high-value clients, developing strong relationships and ensuring their signage needs are met with excellence.Lead, mentor, and manage the project management team, overseeing day-to-day operations and supporting professional growth.Coordinate regular meetings with clients to monitor satisfaction, resolve issues, and inspire repeat business.Oversee compliance with client contracts and internal service-level agreements.Work closely with internal teams-including Production, Studio, and Installation-to deliver projects on time and to specification.Ensure jobs are scheduled efficiently in collaboration with the Installation Supervisor, providing clients with regular progress updates.Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities for customer retention and service improvement.Deliver training workshops, document client interactions for team development, and ..... full job details .....
