The business has established a strong presence across Yorkshire and is planning to expand into additional regions, with a secure pipeline of residential developments. As part of this continued growth, they are investing heavily in their Technical department and are looking to strengthen their in-house engineering capability.This role has arisen following the promotion and subsequent departure of the current Engineering Manager. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting residential developments from land acquisition through to project delivery, acting as the technical lead for all civil engineering matters.
