As a Rugby Union Activator, you will play a key role in growing participation and engagement in Rugby Union across the University of Northampton. Working closely with students, volunteers, the Students'' Union and the RFU, you will organise and deliver inclusive activities, social sport sessions and events that encourage students, particularly women, to get involved in the game. You will help develop a welcoming Rugby Union community, promote volunteering opportunities, support participant development and contribute to the delivery of the university''s Rugby Union programme.
