Payroll Officer
Payroll OfficerWe are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of payroll services. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in payroll management, proficient in using systems like ADP and Workday, and who holds a CIPP qualification or equivalent.Day-to-day of the role:Process timesheets and employee expense claims in accordance with company policies.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee payroll data within the HRIS and payroll systems.Identify, investigate, and resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely manner.Calculate and process statutory and company-related leave entitlements including holiday, sick, maternity, and other family-related pay.Ensure payroll calculations comply with company policies, contractual terms, and statutory legislation.Accurately calculate pay for new hires, leavers, and contractual changes.Manage end-to-end pension processing, including enrolments, opt-outs, contribution uploads, reconciliations, and submissions to pension providers.Work closely with the Finance team to support payroll-related accounting activities, including the preparation and reconciliation of payroll journals.Support monthly and bi-weekly payroll cycles as required.Assist with payroll reporting, audits, and statutory submissions.Provide responsive and customer-focused support to employees and managers regarding payroll queries.Required Skills and Qualifications:Minimum 5 years'' experience in payroll administration or ..... full job details .....
