This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and highly organised legal secretary with conveyancing experience and working knowledge of LEAP case management software.You will play a key role in supporting Fee Earners throughout the conveyancing process, ensuring transactions progress smoothly from instruction through to completion.Key ResponsibilitiesProviding comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to Conveyancing Fee Earners.Preparing correspondence, legal documents, contracts, and completion statements.Opening new client files and carrying out file management procedures.Managing diaries, appointments, and client meetings.Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors throughout transactions.Handling incoming and outgoing post, emails, and telephone enquiries.Updating and maintaining client records using LEAP software.Assisting with exchange and completion processes.Requesting searches and obtaining Land Registry documentation.Drafting and issuing standard conveyancing documentation.Undertaking audio and copy typing as required.Ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm procedures.Candidate RequirementsPrevious experience as a Legal ..... full job details .....
