A leading construction consultancy is seeking an experienced, motivated and commercially astute Quantity Surveyor to join the team in Teddington, South West London.

Salary: Circa -65,000 - -70,000 + benefits + bonus
As Quantity Surveyor you will be providing cost management, commercial advice and project management support across a diverse portfolio of construction projects. The role will involve both quantity surveying and project management responsibilities, working closely with Directors, clients and the wider project team.
This is a predominantly office-based role in Teddington, South West London, with travel to project sites throughout the UK as required.
As Quantity Surveyor it is essential you have at least 5 years proven experience and the following skills:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline.
- MRICS qualification or progress towards chartership (desirable).
- Experience of cost planning, procurement, tendering, valuations, variations and final accounts.
- Good working knowledge of JCT contracts and strong commercial and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organisation, time management and communication skills, with the ability to develop strong client relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate project teams, work independently and collaboratively, and handle confidential information appropriately.
