Responsibilities

Lead in early feasibility stages of various UK housing and mixed-use projects.

Lead teams, manage the design process and client communication.

Strong design experience across stages 1-3 on UK housing projects.

Main experience required

5 to 10 years experience

Design led skills

Some residential experience

Experience of producing a DAS

Very good Revit knowledge

Good Rhino and graphic skills

Stage 1-3 experience
