Sell and let properties within Foxtons’ portfolio, including off-plan New Homes developments.Drive a company car and conduct property viewings.Utilise Foxtons technology and tools (iPhone, laptop) to manage deals and provide a competitive edge.Engage with clients to navigate the nuances of owning and renting properties; build and maintain client relationships.Learn and apply the sales process through extensive training in the first months (over 100 hours).Work with the developer client base in the New Homes department and have the opportunity to work across regions and multiple developments.Progress in the role based on performance, knowledge, and attitude.
About You
You’ll bring a special mindset and hunger to succeed as a Foxtons Negotiator with strong communication skills.Be willing to work long hours to deliver results, with uncapped commission potential and rewards for targets reached.No prior property experience is required; the company provides unrivalled training and support to help you succeed.For this role you must have a full manual or automatic driving licence.About Us
