The Employment team advises employees and employers on a comprehensive range of employment law matters, acting for both claimants and respondents in Employment Tribunals, County Courts, and the High Court. The team delivers practical, strategic advice from the outset of a matter through to resolution by negotiation, mediation, settlement, or litigation. Duties and responsibilities Report directly to the Department Director. Manage a varied caseload of employment law matters from inception to conclusion. Advise and represent clients on matters including: Unfair Dismissal; Discrimination Claims; Redundancy; TUPE; Breach of Contract; Conduct and Workplace Issues; Settlement Agreements; Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution Undertake advocacy where appropriate.
