JobLocation: Milton Keynes / London - Fully Remote (UK based within 1 hour to London by train)Salary: £32-35k negotiable + performance bonusWe''re looking for a commercially switched-on Account Manager who gets what makes Shopify tick and knows how to grow value in a client relationship.We’re hiring on behalf of a small but sharp Shopify agency. They’ve got a tight portfolio of long-standing ecommerce clients and a founder who is very hands-on and ready to step back - which is where you come in.You’ll be the main point of contact for several retained clients, managing day-to-day updates, spotting opportunities, and turning those ideas into actual scoped and sold work. The role is part Account Manager, part client success and part "let''s grow this".There’s light-touch PM work (mainly task tracking and follow-up), but what really matters is your ability to grow accounts, guide clients, and work proactively with the founder on what comes next.What you''ll be doing:Managing a small group of lovely ecommerce clientsLeading update calls, tracking tasks in Asana, keeping things smoothSpotting ways to help clients - and then selling those ideas inShaping proposals, scopes and plans based on real client needsKeeping freelancers (devs, designers etc.) moving and in the loopResearching tools, integrations, or ideas that’ll help your clients growTaking ownership - you won’t be spoon-fedWhat you’ll need:Experience managing Shopify clients at a digital agency (non-negotiable)Confidence with clients - on Zoom, on Slack, on the phone and on emailProven ability to spot commercial opportunities and sell in servicesA decent grip on ecommerce, UX, and what actually drives resultsYou’re in the UK and within 1 hour of London by train (for monthly meetups)What’s on offer:+ performance bonusRemote-first role with monthly paid travel to LondonAutonomy, trust, and a say in how the agency evolvesFriendly, no-egos culture - founder-led but open to your ideasProper scope to grow your career, not just your client list
