Deputy Manager - Residential Care

I am recruiting for an experienced and quality-focused Deputy Manager for a fantastic residential care home for older people based in the Corsham area of Wiltshire.

The home is a beautiful, medium-sized care home supporting residents, including many living with Dementia.

We are looking for a qualified Deputy Manager who has previous experience in a similar role, or a strong and experienced Team Leader who is looking to take the next step in their career.

The Deputy Manager must have:

• Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification or working towards it
• Previous experience as a Deputy Manager or Team Leader within an older people''s or dementia care setting
• Strong staff management and leadership skills
• Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation and regulatory requirements
• A genuine passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
• Enthusiasm, passion and determination to achieve Outstanding standards
• A full UK driving licence is preferred
