Family Court Adviser Role Summary;The Family Court Adviser role provides advanced social work support to children, families, and courts within family proceedings, ensuring the child''s welfare and safeguarding remain central to all decision-making. The role involves assessing risk, analysing complex cases, advising courts on child protection and welfare concerns, and working directly with children and families to achieve positive outcomes. Applicants must hold a recognised Social Work qualification and have at least three years'' post-qualifying experience working with children and families.
