Our client is seeking a HR Consultant to join their established HR team, providing expert advice and guidance across a portfolio of organisations throughout the Midlands. The Opportunity Working closely with managers and senior leaders, you will provide practical and commercially focused HR support across a wide range of employee relations matters, including: Managing a range of employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, attendance management, and formal investigations Organisational change and HR project work Employment law guidance and policy interpretation Coaching and developing managers in HR best practice Supporting the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures You will act as a trusted advisor, helping managers navigate complex employment issues while ensuring compliance, consistency and positive employee outcomes. ..... full job details .....
