You ll work closely with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to deliver tailored learning activities, provide personal care, and create a calm, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport pupils with visual, physical, and communication needs during classroom and sensory-based learning.Provide personal care, including feeding and mobility support, where required.Use clear and adaptable communication methods to meet the individual needs of pupils.Assist students with emotional regulation and behaviour management, using positive and consistent strategies.Encourage confidence, independence, and social interaction among pupils.Work collaboratively with teachers and therapy teams to deliver individual ..... full job details .....
