This is an excellent and exciting opportunity to join an established yet expanding business with an excellent opportunity of career advancement.The Field Service Engineer builds and maintains relationships with customers while supporting the development of on-site installation, servicing and repair processes of Vibration Test Equipment and systems.Duties and Responsibilities: Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system.Evaluate systems and make recommendations for improvements and solutions.Carry out preventative maintenance on customer sites in line with recommended procedures.Talk with customers and understand their needs, communicating the requirements and timeline for their system plan.Work with a team to ensure projects are completed effectively and efficiently.Travel around the UK and overseas to install and maintain industrial testing equipment, sometimes on short notice.On occasions be prepared to work in excess of the normal 37.5 hour week or anti-social hours whilst observing contractual obligations.Be familiar with all Health and Safety rules and regulations when working.Other duties may be assigned as required.
