About the Role:
- Collaborate with teaching staff to support the planning, delivery, and assessment of engaging lessons.
- Provide focused instruction to individuals and small groups, delivering targeted support where needed.
- Assist in the creation and adaptation of curriculum resources to enhance learning outcomes.
- Help sustain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
- Oversee and guide other teaching assistants, supporting consistency in classroom practice.
- Play an active role in supporting studentsandrsquo; academic progress and overall development.
The ideal candidate will:
- A HLTA qualification or equivalent is required.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Brings relevant experience in a similar role and a genuine passion for supporting education.
- Flexible and responsive to the evolving needs of students and the classroom environment.
