This is an exciting opportunity to support and enhance a complex Oracle HCM environment that underpins critical HR, Payroll, and People Services functions.Working within a specialist systems team, you will play a key role in system optimisation, release management, configuration, testing, and end-user support, ensuring business-critical services continue to operate effectively.Role OverviewAs a Functional Expert, you will combine strong business process knowledge with Oracle HCM expertise to support the ongoing development and optimisation of enterprise HR and Payroll systems.You will be responsible for investigating and resolving complex issues, supporting quarterly Oracle releases, undertaking configuration changes, coordinating testing activities, and ensuring data integrity across the platform.
