An established and reputable engineering company in Ipswich is looking for an experienced CNC Turner to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for a skilled machinist who takes pride in producing high-quality, precision-engineered components.

Working in a modern, well-equipped workshop, the successful candidate will be part of a team that values technical excellence, continuous improvement, and a strong work ethic.

• Programming, setting, and operating CNC turning centres
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications
• Producing high-precision components to exact tolerances
• Assisting in process improvements and resolving production issues
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment

• Strong CNC turning background (vertical machining experience is a plus, not essential)
• Confident in editing and programming at the machine
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team

• Competitive hourly rate (-16 - -19 depending on experience)
• Overtime available at enhanced rates
