Research Project Co-ordinator
Research Project Co-ordinator
Location: Enfield (office-based)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From -25,000 per year (depending on experience), plus quarterly bonus
At Indiefield, we deliver high-quality market research fieldwork for leading research agencies, brands and public sector organisations across the UK.
We''re looking for an organised, enthusiastic and motivated Research Project Co-ordinator to join our friendly team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to begin or further a career in project management within the market research industry.
No previous market research experience is required. Full training will be provided, so we''re looking for the right person rather than someone with a particular background.
If you''re a great communicator, enjoy solving problems, have excellent attention to detail and like keeping things organised, we''d love to hear from you.
What you''ll be doing
Working alongside our experienced Operations team, you''ll receive full training and gradually learn how to:
- Support the successful delivery of market research projects from start to finish.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers and colleagues to ensure projects run smoothly.
- Help coordinate recruitment, fieldwork and project logistics.
- Keep project documentation accurate and up to date.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Respond to client enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Help maintain the high standards of quality and service that Indiefield is known for.
As your confidence and experience grow, you''ll take on greater responsibility and have the opportunity to progress within the business.
What we''re looking for
We''re more interested in attitude and potential than direct experience. The ideal candidate will be:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- A confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
- Positive, proactive and keen to learn.
- Able to manage several tasks at once while remaining calm under pressure.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
- A team player with a professional and friendly approach.
Experience in administration, customer service, recruitment, hospitality, retail, office administration or project support would be an advantage, but is not essential.
What we offer
- Full training and ongoing support.
- A clear opportunity to develop your career within project management.
- Quarterly bonus scheme.
- A friendly, supportive and experienced team.
- The opportunity to work on a wide variety of interesting projects for well-known organisations.
- Office hours of 9:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday (although we like to finish at 2pm on Friday).
If you''re looking for a role where you can learn, develop and build a long-term career with a supportive team, we''d love to hear from you.
