This is a genuine opportunity to build and shape the finance function from an early stage, working closely with the CFO while positioning yourself to grow into a future CFO role as the business continues to scale. The role will include: Ownership of financial and management reporting, compliance and audit processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to UK GAAP (FRS 102) and or IFRS Developing and improving financial controls, systems and processes to support a scaling business Leading on budgeting, forecasting and financial planning Producing meaningful insights and reporting to support decision making Managing SaaS related financial elements, including recurring revenue, subscription models and key performance metrics Managing cash flow, treasury and overall financial performance Driving automation and efficiencies across the finance function Building and developing a small finance team Acting as a key business partner across the organisation The Candidate The ideal candidate will be a qualified ..... full job details .....
