Mechanical Supervisor Opportunity - Leading MandE Contractor - Edinburgh, Scotland MK Search are working with a leading and rapidly growing MandE contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join their expanding team in Edinburgh. The company have recently secured a significant pipeline of work across Scotland and are looking to strengthen their delivery team for a number of commercial fit-out, banking framework, retail and pharmaceutical projects. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work in the Edinburgh region with an established contractor who are continuing to invest and grow their Scottish operation. Mechanical Supervisor Responsibilities: Supervise mechanical installation works across multiple projects Manage direct labour, trades teams and specialist subcontractors Oversee HVAC, pipework, plumbing and associated mechanical services Ensure installations are delivered in accordance with drawings and specifications Coordinate mechanical works with electrical, architectural and other construction packages Monitor programme, productivity and quality of works Carry out site inspections and ensure works meet required standards Maintain high standards of health and safety across site Attend site and coordination meetings Identify and resolve installation issues Assist with testing, commissioning and project handover Report progress to the Mechanical Project Manager/Construction Manager Requirements: Previous experience as a ..... full job details .....
