The team in Southport have been recording some excellent growth over the last few years and we need to make sure they are fully supported as we continue to grow. Our growth and retention rates are fuelled by our people, so we want to look after them and make sure they can do what they do best - look after clients, this role is key to ensuring the team can carry on pushing forwards to win and retain more clients in the region.
