As a Year 2 Teacher (ECT) you will be required to:Take on full classroom responsibilities, including planning, preparation, marking and assessments.Plan and deliver lessons in line with the UK National Curriculum.Use a range of different primary class teacher strategies and resources to support pupils'' learning and development, including learning through play, phonics, and early numeracy skills.Maintain consistent relationships with parents surrounding their academic progression.Attend meetings and INSET days to further support the education and training of the pupils.
