Supply Desk are a nationwide education recruitment company specialising in Primary, SEND, and Secondary education. We place our teaching staff in day-to-day and long-term placements in an extensive number of Primary and Secondary schools across Brighton andamp; Hove, East Sussex and West Sussex.

Supply Desk is seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to join our team in Hailsham. This flexible role offers a fantastic opportunity to work across a range of primary schools, providing valuable experience while making a real difference in the lives of students.

Key Responsibilities:

• andzwj; Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons aligned with school guidelines and curriculum standards.
• Maintain a positive and productive learning environment by managing classroom behaviour effectively
• Tailor lessons to accommodate diverse learning styles and individual student needs.
• Collaborate with school staff to ensure smooth lesson transitions and address any challenges.
• £ Adjust teaching strategies to support students with special educational needs (SEN) or individual learning plans.
• Adapt to different school environments and work collaboratively with staff.

Requirements:

• ££ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly to different school settings.
• £ Current DBS registered on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
