We are seeking an exceptional Deputy Head - Business, Innovation and Partnerships to support the Commercial Director in delivering high-quality adult learning provision that transforms lives, meets employer demand and responds to local skills priorities. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced FE leader to drive curriculum performance, quality improvement and operational excellence across a growing portfolio including Adult Skills Fund provision, Distance Learning, Sector Based Work Academy Programmes (SWAPs) and subcontracted delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage curriculum teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and positive learner outcomes. Oversee the successful delivery of Adult Skills Fund and GLA-funded programmes. Drive excellence in teaching, learning and assessment through robust quality assurance processes. Lead SAR and QIP processes, using performance data to secure continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with funding regulations, audit requirements and learner tracking expectations. Promote safeguarding, Prevent and learner welfare across all provision. Work closely with employers, stakeholders and senior leaders to develop responsive curriculum solutions aligned to labour market needs.
