NetDocuments AI andamp; PatternBuilder Specialist Location: London/Hybrid - ideally 1-2 days per week onsite, with flexibility for remote working - Can consider fully remoteReporting to: IT DirectorEnvironment: Law FirmEmployment type: Contract Outside IR35 | £600pd The Role We are looking for a NetDocuments AI andamp; PatternBuilder Specialist to work closely with the IT Director on the implementation, configuration and rollout of NetDocuments'' AI and automation capabilities across a law firm. This is a hands-on specialist role for someone who already understands the NetDocuments ecosystem, with particular expertise in PatternBuilder, PatternBuilder MAX/AI App Builder and NetDocuments'' AI capabilities. The successful candidate will help take the firm from initial configuration and use-case identification through to building solutions, testing, deployment and successful user adoption. This is not a general IT support or generic AI role. We are specifically looking for someone with practical experience implementing and configuring NetDocuments automation and AI solutions within a legal environment. Key Responsibilities Working directly with the IT Director and key stakeholders across the firm, you will: Lead the setup, configuration and rollout of NetDocuments PatternBuilder and AI functionality.
