We are acting on behalf of a leading law firm in East Anglia looking for an experienced Conveyancer to join their team in Colchester, Essex.

The Role:

The applicant would be expected to manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish and have good IT skills to be able to use our clients -management system. This will include conducting matters on behalf of clients and supporting fee-earning work undertaken by colleagues.

The Candidate:--

• Good understanding of property law & the residential conveyancing process
• Experienced licenced conveyancer/ solicitor with 1-2 year PQE;
• Excellent business development skills;
• Driven and highly motivated individual with positive outlook;
• Able to work independently whilst also being a team player;
• Capable of delivering excellent client care;
• Friendly and caring attitude.
