Senior Delivery Manager – Belfast, Northern Ireland, United KingdomResponsibilities

Managing successful outcomes and driving delivery in the Private or Public Sector.Drive application modernization and digital transformation using cloud technologies (Azure, AWS).Deliver applications, services, products or platforms.Ensure governance, standards and quality metrics are applied and adhered to throughout project delivery.Provide an overview view of large/complex delivery teams within multi-supplier engagements.Communicate and negotiate effectively and credibly with clients.Drive presales and business development to expand existing business, including written bid responses and formal presentations.Apply user research and design disciplines within solution delivery.Motivate and empower teams to create an inclusive and positive culture aligned to Version 1 core values.Qualifications

Significant experience managing successful outcomes and delivering in the Private or Public Sector.Experience in complex application modernization and digital transformation using cloud technologies (Azure, AWS).Experience delivering applications, services, products or platforms (3 of 4 required).Experience managing and leading large/complex delivery teams within multi-supplier engagements.Strong communication and negotiation skills with good commercial awareness and understanding of project challenges in multi-supplier environments.Significant presales and business development experience, including written bid responses and formal presentations.Experience applying user research and design disciplines within solution delivery.Why Version 1?
