Description Maintain, repair and optimise production line machinery to ensure smooth operations.Carry out preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and increase efficiency.Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot and solve machinery issues.Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.Provide technical support and training to junior team members.Assist in the implementation of new machinery and equipment.Manage maintenance documentation and records.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering department. Profile A strong background in engineering and manufacturingExcellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach.Proficiency in using various tools, machinery, and software related to maintenance and repair.A good understanding of health and safety regulations.Strong communication and teamwork skills.
