This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced quality professional to take ownership of inspection activities, provide leadership to the inspection function, and play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance across the business.Reporting to the Supplier Quality Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Inspection Department, managing workloads and priorities, supporting and developing team members, and ensuring that products meet customer, regulatory and aerospace industry requirements.Working within a highly regulated aerospace environment, you will utilise your technical expertise and leadership skills to drive quality improvements, resolve inspection challenges and ensure inspection processes are delivered effectively and efficiently.
